flipside is another creation by
Looks very surreal! I like it!
Whats the subjects name? I’ve seen him before…
:o)
Jesus on the railroad?
You have seen him before! I posted another photo of him here: http://www.chrisorwig.com/flipside/2011/10/11/chris-del-moro/
Ah yes!
Lovely shot Chris, It looks like it could have been taken hundreds of years ago :o)
I just finished viewing some of your tutorials on the beta Lightroom 4. WOW! I am really impressed. You did a great job. A really nice teaching style that truly informed and taught me the new features in the Photobooks section.
Thank you,
Marty
Great shot. Love your locations. He looks like a hobo train rider from the 1930′s depression era. Lightroom 4 is out?!? What!?! :)
awesome photo!
This image has an intriguing composition and fascinating distribution of tones from darkness to brightness like from earth to the sky. It provokes to imagine the message behind its content providing a stop-by-island-frame where the sky is a limit for viewer’s imagination. To me, it portrays “the moment before a change” (suspense) or “I know when I am heading next” (confidence) or “I am on the right track” (refection) or “there is a story of life within the human tracks” (veiled in mystery)…certainly, it is a portrait of a human as a thinker.
I am curious. What is the profound original idea that led to this image creation?
Chris del Moro is my favorite subject of yours. I dig the way you capture him.
Your photos are awesome, all of them. This one is really inspiring and yet very “godly” , makes me wonder…
